I have bleeding again for the past two days. I have bleeding roughly yearly intervals. My last gynaecology appointment was on the 12th of September 2025. For the past two years it has been noted that my endometrial thickness was between 10 and 13 mm. There was no indication of cancer or pre-cancer. I had a hysteroscopy with samples taken. I have a GP appointment this afternoon to discuss options. I have a high BMI and I’m currently taking Mounjaro And I have had some weight loss but not rapid. I have been taking milk thistle capsules which I understand are a phytoestrogen. I was wondering if anyone had the same symptoms as me. I am going to see whether I can be prescribed progesterone to see if this stops the recurring problem. Any advice would be great, thank you.
