I’m sorry you are worried about a lump on your back and I can understand you wanting to find out more. 

I'm afraid we are unable to diagnose or tell anyone if anything is the matter. Symptoms can have straightforward medical explanations such as a cyst or lipoma. But only a doctor can make a medical assessment so the best thing to do is to go  and see your GP. They will assess you and decide whether you need to go for tests.
