Hi there and thanks for your post
I am so sorry to hear how you have been affected by osteonecrosis of the jaw and appreciate how debilitating and painful this can be.
Do make sure you speak with your doctor so they can try different pain killers to help ease the pain and discomfort you are experiencing.
Usually carrying out good oral hygiene using mouthwashes and taking antibiotics if you have an infection is good at managing osteonecrosis but of course there can be some cases that are more difficult to manage.
As I say it is really important your medical and dental team are aware of how this is affecting your everyday life so they can assess you and decide the best way of managing this for you.
There is more information on jaw problems on the about cancer section of the website, so do take a look.
I hope things start improving for you soon.
Take care
Naomi
