I am sorry to hear that you are worried about your health.

Everyone has lymph nodes through out the body and it is common when you have an infection for a lymph node to be swollen. So try not to over think it for now.

If you have concerns about a particular lymph node then do make an appointment with your GP so they can examine it. If the GP feels that you need further investigations then they may arrange some blood tests and in some cases an ultrasound.

Try and take one step at a time as you may just have a swollen lymph which can sometime take a while to return to normal.
