I am sorry to hear about the test you are currently undergoing and can only imagine what an anxious time it must be for you.

From what you have said it sounds like you are now due to be discussed within the MDT ( multi disciplinary team) meeting. This is where all the specialists come together to discuss each patients test results and what the next steps should be.

I am sure they will speak with you as soon as they can to discuss the plan with you to give you a better understanding of your situation.

I hope you have some good support around you to also help you through this time. Try and take things one step at a time for now and try not to over think things until you have all the information.

Remember every one is different and therefore it is impossible to compare yourself to some one else. At your appointment ask any questions you may have alongside any concerns you have.

Do also ask about local support that may be available to you to help you through.
