Infiltrative bcc on my nose - anyone know how I can go private?

Hello

I've had a infiltrative bcc for a year now and have only just had my biopsy.  I've been told the waitlist is 18 months which scares me to think of the damage that could occur during this time.

Therefore, I'm considering getting my credit card out.  

Does anyone know of a plastic surgeon/dermatologist who can perform Mohs surgery on my nose and where they might be? ie what hospital?

    I am sorry to hear about your wait to have your Basal Cell Carcinoma removed. I can appreciate this must be a very stressful time for you.

    I am afraid, as a charity, we are unable to recommend a particular doctor so therefore do not have a list of private doctors.

    There is a website called Go private.com where you can search for private doctors or hospitals which may perform  Mohs micrographic surgery.

    Many NHS consultants have private practices. If your present dermatologist or plastic surgeon does not take on private patients they may be able to recommend someone else.   Your GP may also be happy to refer you to a private specialist.
