I am sorry to hear about the symptoms you have and the concern they are causing you.
It is good to hear you have had a number of tests carried out so far and nothing suspicious has been picked up.
If you are continuing to lose weight I suggest talking with your doctor in case further tests are needed. Unfortunately none of us here can say what may be causing this but there could of course be reasons that aren't cancer.
Try not to worry but do speak with your doctor when you can.
