Purple bruising showing up all over my body first was a rash that moved around and vanished now bruises then vanishing I have pictures I have been bleeding also for a while
I am sorry to hear about the different symptoms that you describe. If you haven't already made an appointment with your GP it would be a good idea to do so. There may be many reasons for symptoms to occur but without being examined by a GP and maybe having some tests no one can tell you any more.
