A bcc with infiltrative growth pattern usually means the cancer cells are unevenly spread with unclear borders. This can make them a little more tricky to treat which is why a moh's procedure may be better treatment for this type of bcc, to make sure all cells have been removed.

Hopefully you have an appointment coming up soon where you can discuss this with the team looking after you. They know your whole situation and can explain things in greater detail with you about what this means and what needs to happen next. Do also let them know about the other area on your face that you are concerned about so they can take a look.
