Just to say we are a nurse led service so can't give a medical response as such. It is likely that perhaps different pathology laboratories may have been used to process each sample.

I don't know, but it might explain the different reference parameters. You would have to ask the doctor or nurse at the Royal Marsden Hospital about this one.
