I’ll add a little more detail. Radiotherapy knocked my socks off. I was really sick. Lethargic, still in pain.

I wouldn’t lie, it’s simply how I’ve been. Not being believed is devastating.

Oh my goodness poor you how dare they say this  no 2 people are the same also no 2 treatments are the same this person needs to be educated please try to ignore them you have a big enough fight of your own to contend with this.

I am sorry to hear that you are going through treatment for cancer. Everyone reacts to treatment in different ways so no two people are the same.

it is important that if the treatment is giving you side effects that you discuss this with your team and they maybe able to make adjustments with your medication.

Macmillan has some information on Eating well and keeping active during cancer treatment which you might find find helpful to look at.

It is important that you don't compare yourself with other patients. Doctors are well aware that people react to treatments in different ways.
