My wife has been using this cream for a week for bcc on her upper arm. Last night she let it dry for an hour before putting on a t shirt, This morning it stuck to the scab which came off when removing the T Shirt. Any advice going forward? Thanks

Hello and thanks for posting
Imiquimod cream can cause a strong skin reaction. Scabbing, soreness, and the scab lifting off can happen especially after the first week. This is normal.
If your wife's skin is sore or open it's best to get in touch with the doctor who prescribed it to see what their advice is. If the symptoms are quite bad they may want to delay the treatment for a couple of days.
To prevent sticking again they may advise your wife to apply the cream earlier in the evening and cover with a non stick dressing.'
I hope this helps. Give us a ring if you would like to talk anything over. The number to call is Freephone 0808 800 4040 and the lines are open from 9am till 5pm Monday to Friday.
Best wishes,
