I was recently diagnosed with testicular cancer. And recently had ct scan, which shown lymph nodes enlarged on each side of the neck and have now developed a sore throat Andy running hours. Could have related to marry just in cancer.

A sore throat and swollen lymph nodes can happen for many reasons. The most commonest reason is a virus or infection.
Lymph nodes are small glands in your body that help fight infections. They are part of your immune system. When you have an infection, like a cold or sore throat, the lymph nodes can swell because they are working hard to fight germs.
The best thing you can do is speak to your hospital specialist so they can check what’s causing these symptoms.
