I went to the GP with swelling in my left arm which I have had 16 lymph nodes taken out while having cancer treatment,  it's taken over 3 weeks to see a consultant who is referring me to the Lmphedema clinic, the only real advice I have received has been from the internet, the main reason I am worried I have seen on the internet  photos of very extreme cases and also the information says early intervention gives the best results.  I am doing exercises and ordered a message machine I also bought some support bandage which Im finding uncomfortable, can you please let me know if I am doing my treatment correctly and if there is anything else I can try Thank you
