I have stage 3b locally advanced squamous cell lung cancer T2b N3 MO SCF and mediastinal nodes. The treatment for this started on 01/2024

went hough the full Chemo course and after onto pembrolizumab and all was fine for a while but then it stopped working and I had growths enlarging

in my right lung. they stopped the  pembrolizumab and later I had Radio theropy to shrink the growths. this also failed. I now have a small growth now in my

left lung and had received no treatmant for months. My Oncolugist I feel has wrote me off and he says that if I go for another round of chemo it would be 

really bad for my health and could end up being hospitalised. I have another appointment with him in January 2026 and I have to say if I want another round

of chemo which is against his recommendation. I was thinking of asking for a second opinion which may not go down well.

I know and accept this cancer will kill me one day but it is still a big diccision to make.
