Confusing

I’m not really sure where to start except to begin by saying I feel my journey to this point seems to be completely confusing and leaves me with little faith in the NHS.

it started with an HRT follow up where I mentioned the same comment as I had done a year before and was laughed at previously, that being that when I did anything to exert myself that I bled and I was still get random bleeding. The nurse I spoke to said I needed to speak to the gp about this (had already mentioned this a couple of years previously when starting HRT). She sent me for a scan and changed my HRT medication. After the scan I had a text asking me to book an appointment to discuss, rang and the receptionist said no appointments and just to ring another day when they get released. I said it sounded important, he didn’t seem to think it was but then spoke to someone else and an appointment was booked 2 days later. At that appointment gp said results didn’t seem okay for someone of my age (54) and to have gyne to review them. Less than a week later she rang me asking me to pick up a blood test form in case gyne need to operate!! 5 mins later I received a text message which said suspected cancer!! I was shopping at the time and was completely shocked and upset and couldn’t believe I was being told this by a text. 2 weeks later I was at a gyne appointment where he seemed very dismissive of it being cancer and said he was in 2 minds whether to even do a biopsy but he would do as I would only come back again!! I felt like I was wasting his time! He then tried to take a womb biopsy which felt like I was being stabbed internally so he stopped and said i must have a tilted cervix, which actually every nurse that has done a smear test always manages to identify before they try to take a sample and cause me pain. It left me wondering if this gyne consultant knew what he was doing. I then went for a hysterectomy biopsy and polyp removal. The surgeon (same consultant) said he didn’t see anything of concern and would be amazed if the biopsy showed anything. I was told I would get a letter with my results in 2 weeks. 4 and a half weeks later I receive an nhs message via the app informing me I have a gyne oncology appointment in two and a half weeks time!!!!! Absolutely shocked by this but I can only assume they are seeing me to tell me that I have cancer. I just don’t know what to think, say or do at the moment. I have rind the gyne secretary who said that’s just the name of the clinic and it might just be a follow up - I don’t believe that as my gp or original gyne consultant would have done that surely? This new consultant is a specialist in oncology gyne. I also cannot believe that if I have cancer it will be a wait of almost 7 weeks from the biopsy.
I know that no one on here can give me any diagnosis but I’m just in a state of confusion and also total shock that the nhs can inform someone of cancer in this way as well as some of the awful treatment I’ve received (not all treatment - nurses and anaesthetist were lovely).
