I am sorry to learn from earlier posts that you have been diagnosed with vulval cancer. This must feel like a very hard time for you.

It’s common for people with cancer to have trouble sleeping.

It could also be a good idea to speak to your doctor about why you need to get up in the night for a wee (nocturia). Sometimes this can be treated.
