We have a member of the 'family' who we know is lying about bowel cancer (not just bowel cancer its also colon)  she came round personally to tell us all this awful news, she has lied many times about very serious ailments. And of course  we were skeptical, but just incase this was the 'real' thing we let her continue. I have crohns and colitis. And am quite aware of the camera up your ***   having had it done many times before. This is literally all she had done. Apparently they said they managed to 'get it' through this procedure and are just keeping an eye on her, i feel like putting my fist through her face if I'm honest, she knows my Dad died through bone cancer, she knows how much he and all of us suffered through the years, I just dont get it. Please help me, I have no idea how to deal with this, I want to smash her face in but of course thats short lived. I just cannot believe someone would lie about cancer. Believe me we know  she hasn't got it, im at the end of my tether, and yes I've read into all the *** saying  she could have much Munchausen syndrome but we know this isn't the case,
