Hello, sorry to hear about your diagnosis of endometrial cancer.
It is not unusual to have all sorts of symptoms. A group of women, with the same diagnosis, could tell you all different things about what they have felt or noticed.
Pains can be for a number of reasons, but sometimes if nerves are affected this could change where the pains are felt. This does not mean necessarily that your cancer has spread, its just what you are experiencing.
Do make sure your doctors know what you are feeling and do take some over the counter painkillers to help.
