I am 4 yrs post mastectomy taking Letrozole and Adcal d3.   I know they both can cause various side effects including bloating and indigestion.   Some nights when lying flat in bed I get the feeling of a tight band around my ribs.  It can last for hrs and is so uncomfortable.   Does anyone else have these side effects?
