I’m so scared about a month ago j pressed my breast and thought I felt a pop . Now a month on my breast in same place has indented and there’s a solid hard lump
I am sorry to hear that you are worried about a breast lump. I can understand how unsettling this must be for you. Breast lumps are very common and the majority are benign (not cancer). It is always a good idea to have any lump in the breast investigated. In the first instant the GP will perform a breast examination and may then refer you to a breast clinic for further tests.
Most women who are referred to a breast clinic don't have cancer but if a GP wants further information about a lump then they may consider referring you.
Try not to over think it for now but do make an appointment just to rule anything serious out.
