Please can you help? I had my first cycle of a course of four, of Cyclophosphamide and Docetaxil 11 days ago and expected to have some side effects in the following days which happened as expected. However, I was also commenced on Filgrastim injections which commenced on day three post chemo. I had horrendous bowel colic and diarrhoea which lasted from days four until day eight when I saw my GP and stopped the injections. I’m unclear if this is coincidence or not, my question is, which is most likely to have caused the gastric pain which was severe, the chemotherapy or the Filgrastim?
