I am sorry to hear about your situation. I would let your team know at the hospital and I would make sure in future you use a barrier such as a condom whilst you are taking the chemotherapy tablets.

I am not sure how much chemotherapy is passed through breast milk but do talk to your team and specialist nurse and get their advice.
