I finished taking dose 1 of Plenvu at 8pm it is now 02:30 and still no bowel movement. I am due to take next dose at 6am, should I take if I still haven’t had any bowel movement from dose 1?

The time it takes for Plenvu to work can vary from person to person. While some may have a bowel movement within 2 hours, for others, it may take several hours, especially if you have a history of constipation.
We would always recommend that you speak to your GP or hospital team for advice on these situations.
Hi, thank you for your reply, I spoke to 111 in the end who were really helpful and after the second dose it started to take effect and was able to have the colonoscopy done. x
