I'm sorry to hear you're worried about a testicular lump. Lumps in the testicles can happen for several reasons that aren't necessarily nothing to do with to do with cancer. The NHS has these pages on testicular lumps and swellings if useful to read.

Do get checked out by the doctor, as all changes are best assessed by a medical professional, but be reassured that lumps are not always cancer.

If this hasn't changed in the past few years it is unlikely to be anything serious and may well be your normal anatomy. However if it worrying you it would be best to get it checked out, just to give you peace of mind.
