I am sorry to hear that you need to have further tests. Please don't worry about being referred to a breast surgery clinic. This is where all tests are carried out, so it is perfectly normal and doesn't signify anything untoward. I hope that your appointment is soon, so that you don't have too long to wait. Having tests and waiting for test results can be stressful and cause anxiety. As Jolamine has mentioned, the breast clinic is where all breast tests and consultations take place, and so it is normal practice to refer patients for tests if needed.
