Just wondering if i should expect a follow up as my discharge notes said discharged back to GP Although the biopsy results were clear was told the reason for the hysterectomy wasdue to suspected ovarian cancer
Sorry to hear you had a hysterectomy but hopefully you have fully recovered now. It is really good news if the histology came back clear as you can assume no cancer cells were detected and in that case no follow up would be needed. I would suggest speaking with your GP just to clarify this and make sure you don't need to be seen anymore by the hospital.
