I'm sorry your cancer has come back a year after your radiotherapy treatment.

Unfortunately, as nurses on here we cannot give a medical opinion or recommend treatments as we are not directly involved in your care.

It is best to ask the specialist team involved in your care what your treatment options will be. I would imagine that whether you will need chemotherapy treatment will depend on the extent ( how far the cancer has spread), the type of lung cancer you have, and your overall health and fitness levels.
