What are the clear signs for inflammatory breast cancer
Hi there and thanks for posting
If you are concerned about any breast changes these should be checked by your GP, just to be on the safe side.
Inflammatory breast cancer that you can read more about on the website is a rare type of breast cancer but often presents with a red and often warm to the touch and uncomfortable rash. There may also be the common breast change signs such as a breast lump, dimpling or changes to the nipple.
As I say anything unusual should be checked out by a doctor. If necessary they will refer on to a breast unit for further investigations.
I hope this is helpful.
All the best
Naomi
Thank you Naomi, would the dimpling be on the breast only or can it be on your side beside your breast!
Hi and thanks for getting back
The dimpling tends to be in the breast itself but if you have concerns about any changes in your body do get it checked out by your GP.
Hope this helps.
