Breast changes

Hi. 
last night my right nipple randomly leaked when sat watching tv. 
it was only 5p size through my top. 
I then decided to “check” my breasts and I think I can feel a lump on my armpit (it’s not on the other one) I’ve already been to the doctors twice last week for a change in birth control and muscle aches. I don’t want to bother them if it’s nothing. 
I’m on the implant and I stopped breastfeeding 2 years ago.

    I am sorry to learn that you are having symptoms. I appreciate that you have only just recently been to your GP. However, we cannot diagnose you, and the best advice we can give is to go and see your doctor. 

    They will be able to assess your symptoms and decide whether you need to go for any further tests. Although this can seem frightening, in some cases the symptoms will be caused by something other than cancer. But it is always sensible to get any problems you have checked out.
