There could be several reasons for the pain you are experiencing and therefore it is best to mention it to your doctor. They can assess you properly to determine the cause.

Whilst Zometa can sometimes cause jaw issues, other conditions such as TMD Temporomandibular disorder is quite common and can cause the type of symptom you mention.
