Advice please. Lumps

Hi, so I don’t know where to start I’ve noticed around 30 pea sized lumps, inner labia. They are rockhard painless. They are separate. I do have other symptoms/issues. It’s embarrassing I just want to check to see if I urgently need to see a doctor, or or I can make a general appointment. I understand no one is gonna diagnose me over the Internet, but I’d like to know if I should be worried if I should be worried then I’m more proactive is my personality. So I’ll give us some symptoms that I have…

30 pea size hard lumps in Libia, no colour, painless. Individual not clustered. Left labia.

I’ve not had a period in four months. Completely stopped no spotting still get period cramps.

Recurring UTIs. I was on antibiotics for five months continually extreme pain in my urethra, causing incontinence the pain. Is there constantly even when not urinating, the pain would come on extremely strong that I would urinate without warning. Not a dribble, I would empty my bladder.

I have itchiness in my groin, both sides, kind of sore also inside my labia. Now and then I will feel sore inside my vagina.

No fungal infection, no vagina. Infection, no thrush of used treatments when I have severe Cohen UTIs.

Previous recurring UTIs under your urology: was sent to gynaecologist my uterus pushed onto my bladder, causing infections. They did a laparoscopy and discovered cancer cells on the back of my cervix. I was put to sleep and had it removed. The gynaecologist, said it was one of the worst cases he’d seen once it was removed by UTIs subsided until now.

I’m 43 years old I am overweight I’m not sexually active for seven years I am disabled I have an autoimmune disease. I’m on methotrexate injections and salfalazine. The disease affects my joints, tendons and nerves, the last five blood tests approximately have come back abnormal very high white blood cell count. My Nurse Rheumatology wants my thyroid, checked my heart races when I’m asleep, causing me to wake up… I will answer any questions always truthfully I feel like I’m missing something.

What do you want to add. I have black tiny, tiny, irregular shaped moles that have appeared on the inside of my upper arm almost looks like the splash marks, splatter marks. It looks a little like black dirt. It isn’t I’ve scrubbed it. I have re-occurring cysts on my breasts. Puss filled extremely painful. They burst on their own. My breasts are extremely scarred, but I also have pitting like orange skin almost indents round half a millimetre deep round. Inside the indentation skin appears paler in colour, smooth.. I have very large breasts and can be tender. Please help I seem to have quite a few symptoms. Don’t know if they’re all connected or I’m worrying myself. The disease I have can cause flareups due to stress. I don’t need to be stressed at the moment as I am in a flareup is extremely painful. Thank you so much for listening while reading. I am here to take any advice or hunches you may have.

  • Hello Suzyem and thanks for your post,

I am sorry to hear about your situation. You sound like you have a lot going on.

There can be many reasons for your different symptoms to occur and most of these reasons won't be because of cancer.

The forum is not the place to diagnose anyone. It is only your GP who can examine you and assess whether you need any further tests.

Please don't feel embarrassed. GP's are used to looking at all sorts of conditions and I am sure they will put you at ease. You could see if there was a female doctor if one was available or a chaperone if that would make you feel more comfortable.

Do make an appointment with your GP so all your different symptoms can be assessed. You may ask the reception for a double appointment as you sound like you have a few things that you need to discuss.

The Patients Association have tips on how to get the most out of your appointment.

    I hope this helps,

    Take care,

    Catherine

  • Hi Suzyem,

A very warm welcome to our forum.

You have a number of symptoms, but it is impossible to say whether or not these are untoward. I note that you have previously been diagnosed with cancer on the back of your cervix. It is always possible that this might have returned, but the only way to be sure is to get it investigated.

I am not a medical person, but I know that we are always advised to get any change that we notice in our breasts looked at as soon as possible. I would therefore advise you to make an urgent appointment with your GP. If they are concerned they will refer you for further investigation, which should help you to put your mind to rest.

Please keep in touch and let us know how you get on. We are always here for you.

    Kind regards,

    Jolamine xx
