I am sorry to hear about the recent symptoms you are experiencing and the concern they are causing you.
I'm afraid no one here can say what these may be caused by so you are best to see your doctor about them when you can.
They are in the best position to assess you and arrange any tests to find out more. There could be a number of reasons for these types of symptoms and many won't be the result of a cancer recurrence.
However to be on the safe side you should get them checked out, just to be sure.
