Worried I have testicular cancer

Hello I’m new here I’m 21 and for over two years now I have had this lump that feel like it’s on the testis and won’t move and is stuck in place It hasn't grown and has stayed the same I also don’t have any symptoms I have a doctors appointment soon and scared it’s TC can someone hopefully calm me down I’m so scared I heard that non seminoma would be the most likely cancer I have but says I would be dead by now so I’m so confused and scared

    I am sorry to hear you are worried about this lump on your testicle could be cancer.

    It is good to hear you have an appointment coming up to speak with your doctor abut this. They can assess you and either reassure you or send you for an ultrasound to take a look at it.

    There can be many reasons for lumps on the testicles, things like cysts and swollen veins are the most common and not serious. If there has been no change or any other symptoms to note hopefully there is nothing serious the matter.

    The NHS has more information about testicle lumps and swellings on their website, so do take a look.
