Melanoma - angry that a locum GP a few years ago didn't refer me when I had 4 symptoms of the ABCDE

I received a diagnosis yesterday but am angry that a locum GP a few years ago did not refer me to a dermatologist even when I had four symptoms of the ABCDE I want to make sure that GP doesn’t treat another person this way How should I tackle this 

I realise this may not be an appropriate question for this forum but please can you point me in the right direction please if that is the case

    I am sorry to learn that you feel you have had a negative experience with a GP.

    It may be challenging to file a complaint since this GP was a locum at the practice during that period.

    I recommend that you discuss your concerns with the practice manager at your GP surgery, or alternatively, you may submit a formal complaint to your local Integrated Care Board (ICB) in England.

    The Patient’s Association provides information regarding how to make a complaint on their website.
