HCC lab results after resection of liver

Hi my Husband had his 2nd liver resection 7 weeks ago and after our follow up consultation with the surgical dept we were forwarded the letter they sent to our GP. In this letter the Histology section said TNM8:pT2 and that the tumour was moderately differentiated with vascular invasion. Does anyone know what this all means as it was not discussed with us at all?

    I'm sorry to read about your husband's situation and hope that he is recovering well from his liver surgery.

    As nurses we do not interpret medical reports and we do not have clinical doctors working here who can offer an opinion on this. Your husband's specialist team are the best people to interpret this as this is their area of expertise.
