Little white spot on clitoris please help

Hmm slightly embarrassed here but here goes... I got a white almond shape spot/pimple on my actual clitoris and above this on the hood it is quite dry rough bit of skin.. ive had this for over a year on and off...

I would like to add ive had a little tear a few times on the hood part and a little tear on my actual clitoris from sex and masturbation where I have been a little too rough with myself . I have no itchy no pain no other lumps or bumps .. when I am on my period and hormones change ive noticed this can go I guess from wiping more etc . I bathe twice daily ..if I am honest it hasn't bothered me really until now as I suffer with awful health anxiety.  I want to know has anyone esle had this ? Any creams over the counter .. I did read about 

Lichen sclerosus 

But I have no discomfort

    I am sorry to learn that you are worried about your health. We are unable to diagnose you, and the best advice we can give is to go and see your doctor. 

    Only a doctor who can assess you can say what the pimple might be. In most cases, the symptoms will be caused by something other than cancer. But it is always sensible to get any problems you have checked out to be on the safe side, and before getting any creams. 

    Some people can find this type of examination embarrassing, but doctors are used to this and will make you feel as comfortable as possible. You will also have a chaperone.
