I am sorry you are concerned about pain in your breast a year after surgery.
It can take time for tissues and nerves to fully heal after any type of surgery. But if you are worried, the best people to talk to are your doctor or specialist nurse (CNS) . They know you and your cancer, so they will know if they want to review these pains further.
