Around 5 days my stools have been solid black and just come in bits I constantly f like I need to go bit never feel empty y . Maybe unrelated but stitch I have on stomach from have ovarian cyst remover over a year ago has just turned scabby

You need to urgently see your GP. Black stools is a sign there is blood entering your bowels and needs investigating.
