I am sorry to hear about are undergoing a diagnosis at the moment and appreciate this must be an anxious time for you.
It is important to let your doctor know if the pain is becoming unbearable so they can best support you through this. You haven't said if you are taking pain relief and whether this is helping but if it isn't you need to speak with a doctor.
Accident and Emergency departments are for what they named as therefore this wouldn't be the best place for you to go unless it is an emergency.
If you are unable to get hold of your doctor call NHS 111 for advice and guidance so you can be assessed by the most appropriate person.
