I am nicki aged 51

In. 2022 I had a single mastectomy due to having DCIS breast cancer thankfully I didn't need any treatment and managed to get back to normal....then bad news hit again in oct24 I had early stage lung cancer which resulted in having a lobectomy.. half of my left lung removed and again no treatment was needed .I am back working and living my life as best I can but my mind wonders on is it common to get 2 different type of cancer that are not related and am I at risk to keep receiving bad news ...
