I am sorry to hear you are needing to take tamoxifen and the tiredness you are currently experiencing.

Unfortunately fatigue is a possible side effect with tamoxifen that can be read about on the website. Do however let your doctor know how this is affecting you. They may also wish to run some blood tests to make sure there is nothing else going on.

Like other drug side effects these can ease off over time but in the meantime some regular gentle exercise alongside resting when needing to can help.
