Diarrhoea and chemotherapy. Due to have more treatment tomorrow. What should I do?

I’m on my 4 treatment with chemotherapy and for the last 3 days I’ve had diarrhoea, (I have a stoma) 

I know I should phone but I’m frightened to incase I’m admitted, I am due to have have more treatment tomorrow, should I wait until then ?

    You do need to let your hospital team know about this. If you can't get through, then ring your GP, or NHS 111 for further medical advice.

    You may be prescribed loperamide capsules to slow the bowel down. But, sometimes a stool sample is sent off beforehand to check for any infections.
