Hi there, Mike ( 83 years) was diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer ( gleason 5+5=10) just under three years ago. He competed a six weekly chemotherapy course and radiotherapy. Subsequently his PSA dropped from 56.7 to ranges between 0.4.to 0.6. However his latest PSA spiked to 2.6. He was sent to have a bone and CT scan which showed slow progression cancer. However the CT scan showed abdominal lymphadenopathy which state progression of cancer. SInce his diagnosis Mike continues to play tennis twice a week and badminton once a week. He remains activeinbody and mind, sleeps well. He commenced Enzulatamide yesterday and it this latest development that we both need to understand please. How serious is the lymph nodes in the abdomen, will the Enzulatamide slow the progression of cancer cells. What does Mike need to do in order to give him the best chance of long term survival. He is up for this challenge however I am the one who is now in over drive worrying about him. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.
