Radiotherapy on brachial plexus

I had this treatment 2 weeks ago. I'm stage 4 leiomyosarcoma.   Diagnosed 2020, treatment: 3x chemo, 3x surgery, 3x radiotherapy.

This last radiotherapy has left me totally out of energy no appetite.  I still have pain in in hand and back, but also struggling with feeling cold in bed.  Especially head almost tempted to wear a beanie, my head feels so cold.

I'm using a duvet and heat pack, but for middle of summer something doesn't seem right.  

Never had this before.  I have lost a bit of weight recently (3kg) and noticed my muscles have gone thinner.  

Is this something to be concerned about? I haven't told my esc doctor

    I am sorry to learn of your diagnosis of leiomyosarcoma and that you are having symptoms that are causing you concern following your radiotherapy.

    It is difficult for any of the nurses to determine what might be causing your symptoms. It may be that you are still experiencing the effects of radiotherapy but

    only the doctors involved in your care can say what they think may be the cause. I recommend that you call your hospital specialist and inform them of how you are feeling.
