As a nurse-led service not involved in your situation, we cannot give a medical or second opinion. This is something only the team involved in your care can tell you.

You can ask for a second opinion at another hospital for advice, which may help to clarify things for you. This is something your oncologist or GP might be able to arrange for you.

I wouldn't  ask my Dr's  anything  like that,as they kept diagnosing  me over the phone with a kidney or water  infection, giving me antibiotics, when in fact I have bone ,breast & lymph node  cancer.They couldn't  even spot that !!!

It does sound like you would benefit from a palliative care referral. The palliative care team could offer care and support for your symptoms of cancer. You will need to be referred to this service by your hospital doctor, nurse or GP.

I already have palliative  care nurses,it won't get the better of me ,as I won't let it.I thought this page maybe a little different  from what I already talk about,but seems as though I'm  going to get  the same  answer,so think it's best I leave the page thanks
