I am sorry to hear about the pain and swelling you are currently experiencing. Unfortunately no one here can diagnose or say what the matter night be and it is best you get yourself checked out by the doctor.

They can assess you and arrange any appropriate tests needed to find out more.

There could be a number of reasons for this, not all linked to cancer but do make an appointment when you can, just to be on the safe side.
