Ultrasound results

Hi ,few weeks ago I notice a puffy lump on my right side of the neck near clavicula ,is a slightly noticeable between left site,I was feeling were stressed about and I book a private ultrasound. This is the results which I discussed with my Gp,can you please advise.

Verbal from patient: noticed, a few days ago, swelling in lower right
neck, distal to crease, A&E did not find a cause
Ultrasound findings: The region of interest, the lower right neck at the
shoulder area, demonstrates a larger fat lobule (23 x 12 x 5 mm) compared to
the contralateral side (14 x 9 x 4).
Thyroid, submandibular, and parotid gland findings:
The right lobe of the thyroid appears normal in size, shape and echotexture
No focal lesions seen.
The left lobe of the thyroid appears normal in size and shape and contains one
colloid Cyst measuring 3 x 2x1 mm.
The isthmus appears normal in thickness measuring 3 mm AP, and contains
one thin-walled cyst measuring 8 x 3 x 3 mm.
lormal vascularity demonstrated at colour Doppler in the thyroid parenchyma
The right lobe measures 60 x 21 x 15 mm = 9.9 ccs
The left lobe measures 49 x 21 x 14 mm = 7.5 ccs
There is no retrosternal extension of the thyroid gland
he parotid and submandibular glands appear unremarkable bilaterally.
Lymph node findings:
The B-mode and colour Doppler appearances of the lymph nodes, situated
throughout the neck, are in keeping with reactive lymph nodes, without any
suspicious features.
Features seen here include:
oval shape
hyperechoic hilum
hypoechoic cortex
hilar vascularity
measure less than 9 mm in short axis
