l am sorry to hear you have noticed a lump on your testicle. There can be many reasons for lumps in this area and most won't be the result of cancer. Things such as knobbly veins and little fluid filled cysts are common.
You say it has been there for quite some time, so if it hasn't changed over that time frame and isn't causing any other symptoms, it may just be part of your normal anatomy. However if it has changed it is important to get it looked at just for your peace of mind.
Hopefully you have a trusted adult to speak to about this and if needed an appointment can be made with a GP to get this checked out.
I understand it can be embarrassing talking about your private parts but if this is worrying you to the point of joining a cancer chat forum, I encourage you to take some action..
The sooner you speak to someone about this the sooner you will know what this might be.
