I am sorry to hear you have been through treatment for cancer in the past. Usually if someone is discharged from a hospital team there won't be any further appointments unless your situation changes.
If you are concerned about your health in any way and feel you need to speak with the Christie again you would need to speak with your GP so they can re refer you back there.
If however the specialist team at the Christie said you could contact them in the future when they discharged you back in 2024, then I am sure that would be okay also.
